Our business model is deeply rooted in the principles of honesty, integrity and delivering a superior level of service to all of our constituents; job applicants, employees, associates, clients and business partners. It’s about doing the “right things” for the right reasons. Like talking a candidate out of a job opportunity, if we know it’s not the right position for them. Or assuring that our Staffing Consultants are fully versed in employment laws/practices so that we can effectively counsel our clients and help them avoid unnecessary legal entanglements.
Most importantly, we understand the importance of “giving back by paying forward”. Success has given Novus a platform by which to positively impact our community. We feel a strong sense of responsibility to do so at every given opportunity.
As Roberto Clemente once said “if you have a chance to do something that will make the world better and you don’t, you are wasting your time on this earth.”
